Boot's Market is owned and operated by Noel Gutierrez, an individual doing business as Boot's Market, based in Colorado, United States. References to "we," "us," or "Boot's Market" in these terms refer to Noel Gutierrez d/b/a Boot's Market.

Boot's Market is a Pokemon TCG market price intelligence tool. It aggregates publicly available price data from eBay sold listings and TCGPlayer to help casual players understand card values. It is not a marketplace, broker, dealer, or financial advisor. We do not buy or sell cards.

Prices shown on Boot's Market are sourced from third-party data (eBay sold listings, TCGPlayer market prices) and are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that prices are accurate, current, or complete. Card markets move quickly. Always verify prices independently before making significant purchases or trades. Boot's Market is not liable for any financial loss resulting from reliance on price data shown in the app.

The Boots AI assistant provides market commentary, trade assessments, and card information powered by Anthropic Claude. AI responses are:

• Informational only — not financial, legal, or investment advice
• Based on available market data which may be incomplete or outdated
• Generated by a language model which can produce errors
• Not a substitute for your own research and judgment

Do not make significant financial decisions based solely on Boots AI responses.

Boot's Market participates in the eBay Partner Network. Card links in your portfolio and watchlist are affiliate links. We may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through these links. This is at no additional cost to you and does not influence the price data or AI responses we provide. We disclose this in compliance with FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

You may use Boot's Market for personal, non-commercial price research. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate data extraction from the service
• Abuse or attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Use the service to build a competing product without permission
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Create accounts to harass, spam, or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms or data

Boot's Market is an independent price tracking tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc.

Card images displayed in Boot's Market are sourced from pokemontcg.io, a community-maintained API. Boot's Market does not claim ownership of any Pokemon card artwork or imagery.

The Boot's Market name, logo, interface design, and original code are the property of Noel Gutierrez d/b/a Boot's Market. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

You can delete your account at any time from the Config tab (Settings → JACK.OUT). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity harmful to other users or the platform. We will provide reasonable notice before terminating accounts unless the situation requires immediate action to prevent harm.

Boot's Market is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party service outages, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime or interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noel Gutierrez d/b/a Boot's Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to financial losses from price inaccuracies, data loss, or service interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Boot's Market shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since Boot's Market is currently free to use, this amount is zero.

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at bootsmarket.app@gmail.com before initiating formal proceedings. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the State of Colorado, at our election.

We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will post a notice within the app for at least 30 days before the change takes effect. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Since we do not collect email addresses, in-app notice is our primary notification mechanism. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
